Come on down to Clarion’s Veterans Memorial Park this August 17th from 9am-2pm, where Tri-County Animal Rescue will shine light on the global tragedy of dog and cat overpopulation. A fun and informative day with raffles, games and contests for kids, a pet parade, pinwheel memorials, music, vendors, and a chance to meet other rescues.
