Maryann Dirmyer, 70, of Knox, passed away at her home on May 8, 2018.
Born on June 21, 1947 in Kingston, Luzerne County, PA, she was the daughter of John and Catherine (Fember) Vinovrski. She was married to David R. Dirmyer who preceded her in death in 2005.
After high school, Maryann attended trade school and began a career as a phlebotomist. She enjoyed watching television shows, and was especially looking forward to the new season of Oak Island. Maryann was a country music fan, loved the oldies and Elvis.
She is survived by her sons, David J. Dirmyer and Daniel J. Dirmyer, both of Nebraska; her daughters, Kelly L. Lasher, of Niagara Falls, NY, Robin M. Dirmyer, of Knox, and Tiffany A. Dirmyer, of Lockport, NY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In addition, Maryann is survived by her brothers, Joseph Vinovrski, of Franklinville, NY, and James Vinovrski, of Grand Island, NY; her sisters, Marlene Golden, of North Tonawanda, NY, Julie Goodwin, of Grand Island, NY, Lillian Killian, of Lockport, NY, Karen O’Lay, of North Tonawanda, NY, Cathleen Latz, of Grand Island, NY, and Caterina Garrett, of North Tonawanda, NY.
She will also be missed by two close friends, Judy Pfendler and Tom Cyphert.
Maryann was preceded in death by her parents, John and Catherine, her husband, David, two grandchildren, and her brother, John.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory in Clarion. As per Maryann’s expressed wishes, there will be no visitation or services.
